Quebec menswear brand Ernest, known for their designer suiting, casual knits and elegant leather collection pieces. Along with their beautiful campaign imagery for each season, our mandate was to capture a behind-the-sceens (BTS) video that breathes the same essence as the visual campaign for social media usage and pre-roll advertisement.
Develop a unique approach to our content capture that will allow the BTS visuals to stand on their own as an independent piece. Our team focused on creating a look that circumvents traditional video needs and instead plays with capturing moments while being on the photography set.
The 30-second video was originally shared on Youtube and Social Media and later adapted for traditional media.
expanding the campaign
The response was terrific and the client chose to extend the campaign by integrating an adaptation of the campaign into their TV advertising spend during intermissions of bleu, blanc, rouge games.
